MAERSK - Team Manager - Customer Service (6-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- 6 - 9 years of experience in customer service support.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Must have experience in international email and chat support process
- Has demonstrated strong process, people, and stakeholder ship.
- Owns the process end to end, identify improvement opportunities and address root causes.
- Improve customer experience, engage with customers, and take ownership of customer issues.
- Act as a liaison for frontline teams and GSC.
- Accountable for the team's adherence to standard operating procedures and Audit Compliance.
- Developing and/or improving (global) practices, processes, and procedures.
- Rolling out global solutions across multiple cluster teams/functional teams.
- Knowledge on Maersk internal systems would be mandatory.
- Self - driven, high on energy and enthusiastic.
