Job Description :

We are looking for a Support Specialist . In this role you will get a chance to be the support system and face of our organization. This is a key role which involves constantly resolve queries of artists and enhancing the CSAT of our music platforms in an efficient and timely manner. We are a highly collaborative team that loves sharing new ideas, thinking about the future of the Music Industry and helping a company to get there.

What You'll Do :

- Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively on all the platforms.

- Efficiently manage and operate the chatbot.

- Align high priority tickets to the right department.

- Exhibit a proactive and a go- getter attitude in all tasks.

- Act as a catalyst between customer and internal teams.

What We're Looking For :

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Past experience in the music domain is a plus.

- A creative and result oriented mindset and should have excellent data analysis and reporting skills

- Passion for music tech and a genuine desire to help musicians thrive
