We are Urgenty looking experience professional for the post of Business Development Manager (BDM, B2B Sales, IT Sales, Sales Manager, Direct Sales, Area Sales Manager, Marketing Expert)
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Prepare a database of all companies in the region assigned, which are potential buyers of service handled by Madhyam Technology
2. Send out Informtion kit to prospective customer giving information about Madhyam Technology service offerings
3. Generate Business from market. Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market reserch.
4. Building and maintianing strong relationship with all potential and existing clients
5. New Customer acquisition activities like Cold-calling, lead generation, meeting prospects, submitting proposals.
6. Following the sales process from start to close
7. Develop and execute strategic plan to acheive sales target and expand our client base.
8. Arranging Business meetings and one-on-one conversation with prospective clients
9. Eager to expand company with new sales, clients & territories
10. Effectively Communicate the Value proposition through proposals & presentations
11. Managing end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation
12. Participate in the performance appraisal process for personal and organizational growth
Skills & Qualifications :
1. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
2. Goal-oriented, organized team player
3. Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
4. Experience selling to Virtual Goods, Mobile apps, Website, Any kind of Digital goods
5. Must be proficient with MS-Office and lead tracking tools
6. Proven track record of sale success
7. Male Candidates preferred
8. M.B.A or Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Marketing required with 0-5 years of experience in Direct Sales/ Business Development
Job Location : Faridabad
Annual Salary: 4 - 6 Lac Per annum
