- We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager, who shares our passion and drive, to join our team and open the doors to new fantastic opportunities that will allow us to take the business to the next level. Job Responsibilities :
- Manages the client's social media accounts, writes copies(Hindi and English) and posts content.
- Brainstorms campaign ideas.
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Analyses analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Understands the overall concept of the company/clients, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Proficient in writing post copies and image copies both in English and Hindi.
- Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
- Have worked on B2B and B2C clients of different industries especially any Hindi new channel, media house, etc.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
- Assists in creating performance reports.
- Manage and coordinate with the Team.
Qualifications/Skills :
- 3 to 6 years of experience
- Idea about Social media marketing
- Online engagement
- Good written and verbal communication
- Team Management
