Maddova - Executive/Manager - Business Development (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and high level of commitment for the post of Business Development Executive/Manager.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects
- Identifying areas for expansion and development
- Developing a targeted long-term new business strategy to also encompass regional and international agencies/media owners and foster growth in these key areas for the future
- Delivering against assigned targets to ensure revenue expectations are met
- Maximizing networking opportunities
- Liaison between the clients and internal teams for various concerns, wherever required.
- The candidate must be willing to travel (depending on base location).
Key Skills /Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Self starter who is target-driven and motivated - must be comfortable in a target oriented environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written and face-to-face)
- Candidates who are from IT/Digital Marketing Agency Background need to apply.
- The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic
- Business Developers need to be skilled at agreeing and closing deals with clients.
- Candidate should be comfortable in B2B Sales Majorly visiting to SMEs & Local Businesses for Internet Marketing Services like Website Designing & Development, SEO, ASO, and App Marketing Services.
- The candidate must have his/her own conveyance (two wheeler) & laptop and Must be willing to travel
Experience: Candidate must have atleast one year experience or above in the relevant field.
