Maddova - Executive/Manager - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
We have an Opening for the post of Business Development / Sales Executive.
- Candidates who are from IT/ Digital Marketing Agency Background need to apply.
- Candidate should be able to achieve their business targets (by in-person meeting closure).
- Field work, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Identify Sales Leads, and Pitching Services to New Clients and maintain a good working relationship with old clients as well.
- Candidate should be comfortable in B2B Sales Majorly visiting to SMEs & Local Businesses for Internet Marketing Services like Website Designing & Development, SEO, ASO, and App Marketing Services.
- Must Engage in Business Meetings and Presentations with Business leaders, Associates for requirement gathering of the prospective clients.
- Must possess the ability to develop qualified leads that consistently surpass assigned sales quota.
- Liaison between the clients and internal teams for various concerns, wherever required.
- Excellent listening skills and an inquisitive personality, someone who understands the client's IT needs and helps sell the appropriate product or service.
- The candidate must have his/her own conveyance (two wheeler) & laptop.
- Must be willing to travel (depending on base location).
- It will be a plus if candidate knows to operate on PPH, GURU, Upwork, Freelancers & other freelancer portals.
- He/She should have fluent English spoken skills as well as good writing skills to communicate with prospects and existing clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Candidate must possess Goal Oriented approach and should have a Go-Getter personality.
- Provide the Head of Sales with a monthly schedule of upcoming Meetings & appointments.
- Making quotations and sending them in a proper manner while maintaining a report for the same.
- Responsible for acquiring business & achieving sales targets.
- Submit Sales Plan and Sales Schedule - Weekly.
- Report To your Sales Head daily / Weekly.
- Payment Collection of your clients to be looked after.
- Attend Weekly Meeting with Sales Head for Review.
- Must be willing to take targets for sale.
