Position Overview :
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deal Closure and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will excel in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation :
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (online research, networking, cold calling, etc.).
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage potential clients in both B2B and B2C markets.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and follow-up activities.
Deal Closure :
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that Hyperspace Consulting offers.
- Conduct thorough research to prepare for client meetings and negotiations.
- Lead contract negotiations, addressing any objections and securing mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handover and implementation of services post-closure.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gather client feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Market Analysis :
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to optimize lead generation and deal closure strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes and dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in consulting or professional services industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Familiarity with the latest lead generation techniques and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
