Mad Men Marketing - Group Head - Digital Marketing (5-7 yrs)
About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Group Head to lead a team of marketers, drive client success, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of brand strategy, digital marketing, creative processes, and client relationship management. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and retention.
- Develop and present strategic marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns across digital, social, ATL/BTL, and experiential marketing.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and brand consistency across all campaigns.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account managers, strategists, and creative professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Optimize team resources to maximize efficiency and performance.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop insight-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand growth and engagement.
- Work closely with creative, media, and digital teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging platforms to drive effective marketing strategies.
Business Growth & P&L Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maximizing value from existing clients.
- Manage budgets effectively to maintain profitability and ensure a strong return on investment.
- Participate in pitches and presentations to secure new business.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to measure KPIs and optimize future initiatives.
- Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in a marketing agency, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of brand strategy, campaign execution, and client servicing.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in digital marketing, media planning, and creative strategy.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, inspire, and develop teams.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive performance.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and client management skills.
- Business Acumen: Strong ability to drive profitability and revenue growth.
