Mad Men Marketing - Executive - Influencer Marketing (1-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing to lead and manage our influencer collaborations, talent relations, and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of influencer trends, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies, along with strong relationship-building skills to engage and manage content creators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with influencers and agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with brand goals and marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on insights and data.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, contracts, and disclosure guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Experience using influencer marketing platforms and tools for outreach, campaign management, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with influencer agencies or talent management firms.
- Understanding of paid media and content amplification strategies.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and brand storytelling.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or MBA in marketing or a related field.
