Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Account Director to lead and manage key client relationships, oversee project execution, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing strategies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while ensuring top-tier service and results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and a deep understanding of their business needs.

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with client objectives, industry trends, and agency capabilities.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor account managers and executives, fostering a high-performance team culture.

- Project Oversight: Ensure timely and successful execution of campaigns, managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

- Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling services to maximize client value.

- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and present insights and recommendations to clients.

- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to develop innovative and effective marketing solutions.

- Financial Accountability: Manage account profitability, ensuring revenue growth and cost control.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 7+ years in account management, client servicing, or marketing strategy roles within a marketing or advertising agency.

- Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content strategies, and media planning.

- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and build strong client relationships.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively.

- Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.

- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.

- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
