About the role: We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager with experience in the pharma industry to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for tying up with pharmacy stores to expand our network of partners and ensure the smooth functioning of our operations. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our partners and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for expanding our network of pharmacy partners

- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy store owners and staff

- Identify new business opportunities and potential partners

- Negotiate terms of partnership agreements and contracts

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth functioning of operations

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our services and operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharma/business administration, marketing, or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the pharma industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build strong relationships with partners

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Self-motivated and result-oriented
