Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with multiple clients and brands to conceptualize and execute campaigns that achieve their business objectives. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end marketing strategies, crafting innovative influencer activities, and delivering impactful content solutions. This position requires a blend of creativity, research-based insights, and strong communication skills to craft and execute compelling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy and Development : Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and craft 360-degree marketing campaigns backed by research and insights.

- Creative Ideation : Develop campaign taglines, themes, and creative communications tailored to brand messaging and target audiences.

- Influencer Marketing Activities : Design innovative and unique influencer-driven activations to amplify campaign reach and engagement.

- Problem-Solving : Analyze brand challenges and provide customized marketing solutions to address pain points effectively.

- Pitch Deck Creation : Utilize tools like Canva to create visually engaging and persuasive pitch decks for presenting strategies to clients.

- End-to-End Campaign Management : Take ownership of the campaign process from receiving briefs to developing strategies, creating decks, pitching ideas to clients, and overseeing execution.

- Content Writing : Write engaging scripts for Digital Video Content (DVC), Reels, and social media posts that align with the campaign narrative and audience preferences.

- Trend and Insights Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, marketing and social media trends, and emerging technologies to create innovative campaign ideas.

Qualifications and Skills :


- Minimum 2 years of experience in content strategy preferably in a marketing or creative agency.

- Strong storytelling and creative writing skills, with proficiency in crafting compelling scripts and copy for digital platforms.

- Exceptional ability to conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns.

- Proficiency in using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or other design and presentation platforms.

- Strong research and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to pitch ideas effectively to clients.

- Familiarity with digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and influencer marketing strategies.
