MAD About Digital - Client Servicing Supervisor (3-5 yrs)
Position Overview:
The Client Servicing Supervisor plays a pivotal role in orchestrating creative endeavors across multiple brands from diverse industries. This role entails overseeing the creative process from ideation to execution, managing junior creative resources, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring exceptional standards of work that resonate with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Creative Direction and Execution :
- Lead campaign planning, ideation across diverse brands
- Manage a team of 2-4 junior creative resources, providing direction and feedback on execution.
- Collaborate with business development to conceptualize creative pitches and presentations.
2. Client Interaction and Presentation :
- Present comprehensive creative plans and narrate scripts to clients, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Maintain a proactive approach to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
3. Quality Assurance and Recognition :
- Uphold award-winning standards in creative work and actively pursue recognition through award submissions.
- Work closely with the creative teams to maintain quality and integrity in all creative outputs.
4. Collaboration and Coordination :
- Coordinate with the internal team to make sure there is seamless execution of projects and campaigns.
- Provide visual direction to the graphic design team and ensure cohesive implementation of ideas.
5. Efficiency and Timeliness :
- Break down briefs for junior creatives, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Set and adhere to practical timelines for ideation and execution, balancing creativity with client goals.
6. Research and Awareness :
- Conduct in-depth research on brands, competitors, and target audiences to inform creative strategies.
- Stay updated with industry developments, trends, and online platforms to enhance creative outputs.
7. Client Engagement and Solution Provision :
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop creative solutions.
- Present creative solutions to clients, solicit feedback, and drive the finalization process.
8. Digital and Social Media Expertise:
- Monitor social media platforms and news websites for trends and updates, informing team members accordingly.
- Develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives across various digital platforms.
9. Campaign Execution and Analysis :
- Create campaign content across digital platforms, ensuring innovation and engagement.
- Utilize analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Proven experience in creative direction and client servicing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital trends.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred).
