Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in managing social media platforms for brands or businesses. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn,.
2. Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
3. Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our brand and industry.
4. Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
6. Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
7. Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy.
8. Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
9. Monitor competitor activity on social media and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
10. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management for brands or businesses.
3. Proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social media followings.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in social media analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Google Analytics.
6. Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
