Machine Maker - Manager - Customer Success/Sales (3-8 yrs)
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Salesperson to join our media house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing efforts, driving sales, managing client success, overseeing floor branding, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. This role will play a key part in client conversion, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
2. Manage client success initiatives, focusing on client happiness, satisfaction, and retention.
3. Handle sales marketing activities, including social media campaigns and promotions.
4. Execute client conversion strategies and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Lead floor branding efforts to ensure cohesive and effective brand representation at events or in-store.
6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance client experience and streamline sales processes.
8. Ensure client maintenance through regular follow-ups, updates, and relationship management.
9. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions.
Requirements :
1. Proven experience in sales, marketing, and client management, preferably in a media house.
2. Strong understanding of client conversion and retention strategies.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to conduct market research and provide insights to drive sales.
5. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
