Role Overview :
The Content Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality, engaging content across various platforms. The role includes coordinating with multiple departments, optimizing content for SEO, and ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the content calendar for various platforms (web, social media, video).
- Oversee the creation, editing, and curation of content including articles, videos, podcasts, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and videographers to ensure content quality and creativity.
- Monitor content performance metrics and optimize for SEO, user engagement, and conversion.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
- Lead content marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Manage relationships with freelance writers, influencers, and content creators.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and content innovations.
- Ensure timely delivery of content and manage revisions as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, strategy, or management.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
