Mabel - Graphic Designer (1-3 yrs)
Graphic Designer
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Completely conceptualize and execute (hands-on) creative work. Specific design assignments ranging from website design, marketing collateral, in-app banners, and full-scale branding campaigns to one-off social media graphical content
- Responsible for Design Layouts, Producing images, and developing styles for websites, social media profiles, and corporate communications
- Work closely with product and business teams to understand and respond to their design needs
- Create and assess design solutions based on user research data and user goals
- Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in the context of business and user goals
- Monitor and analyze data, how well existing interfaces work, and where they break down
- Help define and develop a larger design framework for the overall product family.
Who you are :
- 1-3 years experience.
- Proficiency in graphics design with demonstrated expertise on consumer-facing products
- Should have a strong command over the craft and a deeper understanding of the design principles.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or other prototyping tools and should have experience working with development teams for handovers
- Experience performing formal user research and acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) is a plus
- Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed
