Job Description:
- Attending Inbound & marketing outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities. Providing then necessary project details over email or what's app. Doing Regular follow up and ensuring customer site visits.
- Responsible for entire Presales function, From leads handling to the customer site visit.
- Coordinating with sales team after site visits updating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports in ERP software.
- Follow up with customers & managing database of leads allocation.
- Regular Follow up & achieving high sales conversions.
