Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and get energized by exceeding sales targets? If so, Maa Homes wants YOU! As the Sales Head, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing their innovative projects to new markets and will be reporting to the CEO.

Office Location - HSR, Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives.

- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team.

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and professional development opportunities to the sales team.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners and stakeholders.

- Oversee the negotiation and closing of major sales deals.

- Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly.

- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure efficient sales processes.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.

- Provide input on promotional materials and advertising strategies.

- Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

- Monitor and analyze sales expenses and revenue to optimize profitability.

- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

- Stay updated on real estate industry standards and best practices.
