Maa Homes is seeking a creative and detail-oriented designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The selected candidate will be instrumental in bringing our real estate projects to life through engaging visual content. This role requires expertise in video editing, storytelling, and creative direction to support our branding, marketing campaigns, and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.

- Create visually appealing walkthrough videos of real estate properties, promotional teasers, and event highlights.

- Enhance raw footage by adding music, graphics, animations, and effects to create professional-grade outputs.

- Manage the video production process end-to-end, from pre-production to post-production.

- Handle live shoot editing requirements and optimize videos for different platforms and formats.

Prerequisites:

- Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability to create impactful videos.

- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing and creative teams.

Requirements :

- Work Experience: 3-5 years in video editing and production, preferably in real estate or related industries.

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

- Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.

- Familiarity with DSLR and video camera operations is a plus.

- Strong understanding of video optimization for various platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
