M1xchange - Virtual Relationship Manager (0-2 yrs)
- To follow Relationship Banking approach to build long term relationships with existing MSME Sellers on the platform by understanding the Invoice financing needs.
- Carry out sustained S2S Business development efforts by generating Sales Leads through Virtual engaging the key Promoters of MSMEs
- Expedite MSME Buyer onboarding on our Portal by collecting KYC and other desired Pre Sanction documents by assisting the MSME Buyer user/s.
- Practice desired sales process and self-governance through joint screening of credit quality of S2S prospects along with BB RMs before it moves to internal credit for onward approvals from Financiers on M1xchange platform.
- Proactively seek referrals from existing and prospective MSME Buyers and Vendors to generate S2S prospects and build relationships for achieving long term success.
- Ensure adequate Sales/Leads Funnel build through continuous collaboration with internal stakeholders like Product, Analytics, Credit and business teams.
- Deliver stretched targets by adopting Industry best Business development and relationship management practices.
- Fulfil the business revenue/budget plans consistently.
Should be locally based, language known Tamil (Chennai Location) Gujrati, Marathi & English
