Junior Sales Executive
We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive who has an experience in SaaS sales and can help us reach our goals of acquiring new customers
Job Description :
1. Create strong customer relationships, build trust and confidence with our target customers.
2. Drive sales in the corporate and B2B segment for SaaS products
3. Manage large number of outgoing calls and emails to provide the product information to potential and existing Customers/Clients.
4. Visit client location and try to build sustainable relationships and trusts with key clients.
5. Generate sales leads and try to meet personal/team sales targets
6. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
7. Handle customer feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
8. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Experience :
1. Minimum 2+Years Proven work experience required in sales profile
2. Okay to travel locally and out of city
3. Excellent communication skills and active listening to resolve the customer queries.
4. Proactive way of working and Team Player.
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. Experience of using CRM/ client or ticket management digital tools
