Lynkit - Executive - Sales (2-10 yrs)
Who we are looking for?
We are seeking a sales specialist with a dual role to support all customer acquisition and customer retention activities.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage large number of outgoing calls and emails to provide the product information to potential and existing Customers/Clients.
- Visit client location and try to build sustainable relationships and trusts with key clients
- Generate sales leads and try to meet personal/team sales targets
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required Candidate profile :
- Minimum 2 Years Proven work experience required in sales profile
- Okay to travel locally and out of city
- Excellent communication skills and active listening to resolve the customer queries.
- Proactive way of working and Team Player.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good in MS Office & Presentation Skills.
