Lynkit - Customer Support Role (2-8 yrs)

We are seeking CustomerSupportEngineer for technical assistance to our clients in the GPS/ tracking domain.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Providing technical software & hardware support to clients.

2. Providing technical demos of products or new features to the client.

3. Troubleshooting issues related to hardware or software functionalities.

4. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically and follow service desk procedures.

5. Accurately describe client issues and interpret and design a resolution.

6. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.

7. Make sure the process conformity and SLAs are accomplished.

Required Candidate Profile :

1. Project experience with GPS hardware/ technology will be given preference.

2. Experience in GPS installation.

3. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

4. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

5. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

6. Customer facing experience is a plus.

7. Comfortable working on rotational shifts.
