Patients can currently search, compare and inquire with hospitals and doctors across 4 countries. We are entering the next phase of our journey, which will revolve around increased online penetration using digital marketing strategies to increase leads. We are looking for an energetic, experienced Digital Marketing expert to join our team to take our company to new heights.

Role: The Digital Manager will prepare and implement detailed long term SEO, SMM and SEM strategy which includes content strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads, sales or engagement basis of brands objective.

Responsibilities:

- Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for websites. Ensure website is filled with optimal keywords.

- Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns.

- Should come up with ideas to find and remove duplicate content from website.

- Improve company's organic search results.

- Understanding and adherence to search engine algorithms, shifts, requirements, and best of breed SEO Site structure analysis, navigation, page construction and additional site audits recommendations for optimal search engine friendliness & indexing. Keep abreast of white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines.

- On-page optimization including content development strategies supported by professional copywriting (Meta tags, content relevancy, keyword integration, semantic relevance, Effective call to action text etc.)

- Link building strategies and execution.

- Work collaboratively with web developers and creative to ensure development of standards-compliant pages with efficient page-load times and easy-to-maintain code. Utilize basic programming and web design skills to enhance SEO.

- Streamline and scale the acquisition and conversion funnels by using A/B testing and Analytics in order to generate quality inbound leads, QA using Google Analytics.

- Knowledge of the various Google's algorithms changes, penalizations and new procedures.

- Compile and present SEO performance reports.

Required Skills for this Position:

- Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM) processes and strategy development

- Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google Keyword Planner, MOZ Keyword Explorer, etc.)

- Experience working with building/administering content in Wordpress CMS

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration

- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics

- Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources

Required Skills/Interpersonal:

- Attention towards detail - detail oriented

- Strong team player

- Keep an open mind and must be flexible to change

- Excellent written and verbal skills in English

Minimum Experience:

- 3+ years- experience in Digital Marketing
