Who we are:

Lyearn is a Learning Management System (LMS) for corporates. We are a well-funded startup, started in 2015. Our product is currently being used by more than 2000 employees from reputed enterprises like Sprinklr, Sisense, Force Management and others.

Job role:

We- re looking for driven and entrepreneurial-minded folks who want to get in on the ground floor of a fast growing startup. You will be responsible for generating sales qualified leads by planning and executing all demand generation activities. As one of the first members of our Sales team, you- ll have a unique opportunity to tackle a green field opportunity and shape the future direction of the team.

Responsibilities:

- Find target accounts

- Getting the attention of key decision makers

- Educating our potential clients about the power of Lyearn.

- Demand generation through both offline and online mechanisms (Newsletter, Webinar, Campaign, Events, Digital marketing etc)

- Compile and update database of target customers

- Will be measured by the number and the quality of leads generated

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience with B2B Saas company

- High-energy, coachable, & an entrepreneurial mindset

- Experience and comfort selling on the phone

- Very strong written communication

- Experience cold emailing / calling
