Lydnow - Executive - Digital Marketing & Social Media (0-4 yrs)
Lydnow Training and Innovations LLP is a Pune-based training and consulting company specializing in robotics and automation education. Towards the end of last year, Lydnow launched two new courses. The first of these is an introductory course in electronics and robotics for children in the age group of 6 to 9 years. The second one is for robotics enthusiasts currently pursuing an engineering degree. Lydnow is looking to recruit a digital marketing / social media executive to drive promotions for these new courses, and also to support the ongoing work we do with clients within the social / online space.
- Eligibility:-
- A Bachelors' degree-
- A minimum of two years of public relations and brand marketing experience
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
- Web proficiency, Google ads, SEO
- Team management experience, customer service skills-
- In addition, you will need to have great attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management skills and a can do, results-driven attitude. You will need to be fully equipped to execute integrated campaigns with platform advertising, Google Ads, SEO and capable of reporting analytics of the campaign. You will work three days per week between 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. from our Aundh office and attend weekly meetings.
You will work on the following goals :
- Deliberate planning and goal setting
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation
- Content management
- SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
- Cultivation of leads and sales
Your responsibilities:
- Managing social media accounts for the company.
- Developing relevant and engaging content for regularly scheduled posts.
- Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video and written).
- Monitoring, listening and responding to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Overseeing design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
- Designing, creating and managing promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Managing efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitoring online reviews and responding to each review.
- Analyzing key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compiling reports for management showing results.
- Demonstrating ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Driving strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
- Identifying threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Reporting notable threats to appropriate management.
