LWYD Interactive - Performance Marketing specialist (2-5 yrs)
About the Marketing Team :
We are a small, but mighty, marketing team that works hard for our clients.
The Marketing Team creates content for the company and its product. We are responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that get the word out about our product and service. We also create and maintain a presence on various social media platforms. The team works closely with various departments to understand customer needs in order to provide quality support when needed.
Who we are looking for?
- We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can generate qualified leads/sessions at the lowest CAC possible. This person is very skilled at analyzing data and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals.
- This person is also tech-savvy, makes sound hypotheses, and uses data to reach conclusions. Their primary goal is to identify impactful variables around acquisition, retention, and monetization, and execute them.
- It's important to note that the Performance Marketing Executive typically has a strong command of two to four different marketing channels. They are a gritty go-getter who has actually executed growth strategies before and can do it again.
- Overall, this person must be a self-starter who can come up with creative ways to achieve targets and not wait to be told what to do.
You'll Be Responsible For:
Primary Responsibilities:
- User Acquisition & Data Analysis
- Your main responsibility will be generating qualified leads/Sessions at the lowest CAC possible. This can be done through various paid and organic channels (Facebook ads, Google ads, SEO, etc.)
- Using a data-driven approach, you will then analyze the campaigns and optimize them to achieve the lowest CAC possible.
Other Responsibilities :
Market Research
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Interacting with our customers via phone to understand them better
Marketing & Branding Strategy :
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Set, monitor and report on Marketing Team's goals
- Implementing existing brand, positioning & developing pricing strategies
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like ad campaigns, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
-Campaign Execution & Funnel Management (end-to-end) :
- Making campaign outlines/briefs to improve KPIs
- Research & Identifying niches to target
- Coordinating with the Content team on content strategies
- Planning, organizing and Executing campaigns
- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing and Optimizing existing campaigns
- Identifying problems in the funnel and ideating campaigns to fix it
- Deep-diving into data and making reports for stakeholders
- Running & Monitoring Experiments
- Being able to come up with new creative avenues to achieve targets & KPIs
Some Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of experience
- In-office is a must (Bengaluru)
- Strong command of Google and Facebook Ads
-Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- SEO experience
- Proven marketing campaign experience.
- Proven ability to manage budgets.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Attention to detail.

- Experience with GA4
