Luxury Sponsorship Sales Role (1-3 yrs)
Requirement: SALES & OPERATIONS
- Candidates should be extremely presentable and have good communication skills.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Efficient in drafting emails as per client prospects.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in sales.
- A graduate degree holder. (Degree in event planning and management is an add on)
Hot Calls to be made to various brands and setting up appointments for sponsorship.
- Field Job, Travelling, Meeting for Sales, Relationship Management.
- There will be a Sales Target set closer to the Event Dates.
- Understand requirements and details of each event
- Understand clients' needs and wants
- Plan and organize events with attention to financial and time constraints
- Meet with vendor and coordinate with them
- Look for and compare different vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.)
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
Evaluate personnel and provide reports
- Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, food, drinks etc.)
- Track the overall even expenses regularly
- Do event budget planning
Stay within the budget
- Carefully oversee event happenings
- Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner
- Evaluate event's success and submit reports
