Luxury Sales Role - Real Estate (4-10 yrs)
- 4+ years of Sales Experience.
- Brand/ Luxury sales experience is a must
- Converting leads provided by the company into sales.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Do site visits with potential clients.
- Hand over the possession to closed clients.
- Engage with existing/potential clients to get referrals.
- Update the existing/potential clients about new project launches.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, etc.).
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Develop networks and cooperate with legal team, banking officials, etc.
- Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers
