Luxire - Senior Copywriter (2-5 yrs)

Position Summary
- Ideate and write original copy and content for e-commerce, websites, newsletters, emailers, brochures, and banners.
- Copywriting support for other marketing tactics such as branded collateral, direct mail, promotional materials, events, press releases, packaging, etc.
- Adapting brand tone of voice across all consumer-facing communications
- Planning a weekly and monthly content calendar for Luxire.com homepage, category pages, landing pages and both organic and paid social posts
- Manage the creation and development of writing compelling and meaningful product descriptions in accordance with Luxire.com tone and brand guidelines
- Relate - Styled With- items on website
- Presenting concepts and recommendations to larger marketing team
- Review all copy to ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality of work.
- Research additional product information whenever necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on brand messaging, style guidelines, product updates, and industry news.
- Effectively manage workflow and team assignments, from initial direction to team members through execution, ensuring all schedules are met and on time.
- Effectively communicate with design, marketing and merchandising teams - written and verbal - to ensure all stay informed.
- Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion
- Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly
- Liaising production companies, photographer, designers and printers
- Maintains Luxire.com content guidelines and style guides
- Managing the KPIs:
- Improvement in campaign performance (organic + paid): primarily engagement rate, click-thru rate, cost-per-click and conversion rate
- Increase in awareness and effective reach
- Number of campaigns and content deployed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising, or related field and 4 years experience in copywriting
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience copywriting for online brand initiatives.
- 2-4 years experience writing about fashion and clothing
- 2-4 years experience copywriting in an online creative or related digital field.
- 2-4 years experience copywriting in a retail environment.
- 2-4 years experience working for or with creative agencies.
