Lustral Water - Digital & Social Media Advisor (4-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy Development :
- Create comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the company's target audience and business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop short-term and long-term social media plans to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Generate creative and engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive posts.
Community Engagement :
- Foster a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- Initiate and participate in conversations with followers, encouraging active engagement and interaction.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and sentiment analysis.
Digital Advertising and Campaign Management :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital advertising efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns and extract valuable insights.
- Prepare regular reports detailing key metrics, trends, and the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Influencer Collaboration :
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand advocates to expand the company's reach and credibility.
- Negotiate partnerships and contracts with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements.
- Monitor influencer campaigns and assess their impact on brand awareness and sales.
Stay Updated with Trends :
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Recommend innovative strategies and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing for B2C companies.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices.
