Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research on potential customers and market trends.

- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.

Support Sales Team :

- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.

- Collaborate with sales representatives to maintain customer relationships.

Lead Generation :

- Participate in lead generation activities such as cold calling and email outreach.

- Qualify and follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.

CRM Management :

- Input and maintain customer data in the CRM system.

- Assist in creating and updating reports on sales activities.

Sales Strategy Development :

- Provide support in developing and implementing sales strategies.

- Contribute to the evaluation of sales performance and effectiveness.

Training and Development :

- Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills.

- Engage in continuous learning and development of sales techniques.

Administrative Support :

- Assist in administrative tasks such as compiling sales documents and reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Qualifications :

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a sales environment.
