Group Leader/ Team Leader - Sales
We are looking for a talented and competitive Tele-Sales Representative that thrives in a tough sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Key responsibilities include tele-calling, customer research, outbound lead generation activities, fixing meetings and opening conversations to aid new business development efforts.
Key Skills:
- Must be comfortable making hundreds of calls per day
- Responsible for calling US prospects and fixing appointments
- Outbound cold calls and emails are must
- Ability to hold a call conversation with US based leads/prospects is must
- Ability to understand customer needs and requirements and map to our services
- Research accounts, identify key leads and generate interest
- Maintain and expand our database of leads within assigned companies
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day
SOFT :
- Result oriented, demonstrate drive to achieve targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self starter and flexible to cater to global client base
- Smart and creative
TECHNICAL :
- Internet Savvy
- Sound awareness of online retail/eCommerce is mandatory
- Basic excel/mail skills required
Preferred :
- Strong eCommerce knowledge
- Self-driven, smart and creative
- Would be great if has experience in selling similar services
- Presentation development and delivery skills will be an add on
