Lumen Agri - Head - Sales (3-8 yrs)
Lumen is a start-up in the agri-tech sector, building a full-stack business in the horticulture segment. We are seeking an individual to join the senior management to head both the sales and supply chain divisions. Our intent is to hire a candidate for the long-term, who will build their own team to manage.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy : Create and implement sales strategies to seek out new B2B and customers and develop existing customers into larger clients. B2C sales strategy development.
Sales : Prospecting, identifying, and generating business from new and existing customers.
Relationships : Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Supply Chain Strategy : Determine optimal supply chain strategies for various products and customers.
Distribution : Oversee supply chain and logistics platform from production facility to end customer.
- Prior experience in sales or supply chain within the agriculture/food sector is preferred, but not required.
