Lubrizol - Manager - Strategic Marketing (4-8 yrs)

- To work with the South Asia organization on development and implementation of the growth strategy, to identify new high growth sectors in the region for the company's products.
- Provide support to strategy director on design and implementation of various initiatives to strengthen the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To support strategy director to develop strategy for Growth trajectory in the region
Strategy & Marketing Research :
- Evaluate the current strategies, resource plans and the expected growth from these strategies and work together with the SALT to optimize the strategies towards maximizing growth
- Organizing market research through external research, Earn and Learn or direct collection from customers leading to insights for the region
- Advising management on future business opportunities and create proposals for asset addition or mergers and acquisitions
Review & Monitor progress :
- Develop metrics on progress on key strategic initiatives
- Report progress on each initiative
- Develop a system to report findings, insights & organize key stakeholder meetings as required
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS :
- Technical Degree plus an MBA with specialization in Strategic Marketing will be an added advantage
- 5+years- experience in Business Strategy & Marketing
- Solid experience in development of strategic plans
- Deep understanding of the South Asia geography, trends and business practices
- Polished presenter who can easily conduct themselves at the executive level
- Effective marketing skills with strong understanding of brand management
