Lotus Herbals - Head - Social Media (5-15 yrs)
- Creating and maintaining our social media plan and strategy.
- Lead a team for Developing and managing online partnerships to expand social audiences and support content strategies: New User acquisition and Organic growth in Brand advocacy.
- Lead a team of social media executives who research, write and manage our daily social content publishing.
- Identifying, evaluating and recommending social media management tools.
- Experimenting with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities
- Monitoring trends, strategies and best practices in market and applying knowledge to Lotus social media initiatives.
- Tracking and monitoring the effectiveness of social initiatives (i.e. reach, engagement, referrals), and oversee development and distribution of reports
- Educating staff around the implementation of new social media tactics, trends and technologies.
- Ensuring continuity in social channels and messaging across all teams and contributors
- Ensuring error free posts and maintaining the brand values of Lotus across all platforms.
- Set business-unit and corporate social media targeting, reach, engagement and conversion goals
- Measure the impact and return of social media efforts
- Research and report on social media campaigns, performance, trends, competitor benchmarking and opportunities
- Provide insights to drive marketing strategies based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting.
- Own production of creative assets in partnership with internal design teams, internal copy teams and other internal resources
- Help us grow various online communities on Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms
