- Responsible for understanding the client objectives and the target audience and translating the same by strategising, ideating and executing various social media marketing activities across channels to build brand awareness and recognition and drive more business
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to get the right message/creative for the social media posts and campaigns as per the client requirements
- Managing and monitoring all the social media pages of the company and clients
- Responsible for increasing the organic visibility of the brands on all the social media channels by regularly posting engaging and creative content
- Responsible for planning, creating, managing and optimizing all the paid campaigns on all the social media channels
- Responsible for making weekly and monthly content calendars for all social media platforms
- Plan and manage social media marketing budgets across all geographies and channels for optimum effectiveness and get maximum conversions at best possible ROI.
- Improve relevant metrics like reach, impression share, CTR, conversion rate, engagement rate etc to drive efficiency with a thorough understanding of measurement tools, attribution models, and marketing funnel.
- Run A/B tests for the campaigns and targeting to optimize performance & track campaign performance
- Create reports, draw insights and analyse effectiveness of the marketing activities and make action plan accordingly
- Stay up-to-date on social media marketing trends and best practices and provide recommendations in improving the performance of campaigns
