Losung E-services seeks a creative Graphic Designer (Full Time) who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs.

The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the retail sector, to support our clients.

You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you'll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

- Create images that identify a product or convey a message.

- Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including info-graphics.

- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.

- Develop graphics for product illustrations, marketing ads, social media and websites.

- Discuss and consult with creative director, marketing, content writer and sales team to create cohesive designs to meet our clients need.

Being imaginative is important here. You ability to visualise after understanding the need of the client is the ONLY KEY!

Understanding of content, consumer behaviour and marketing is a must.

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.

- Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.

- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

- Proficiency with designing software- Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Lightroom, Corel draw etc.

- A strong eye for visual composition.

- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
