Losung - Director - Creative (5-10 yrs)
Creative Director will be one of the most strategic role in Losung. He/she will play a major role in shaping Losung's image and voice in the industry and will lead the Visual Planning Center for us.
Media Production - Product videos, lifestyle shoots, set creation, studio management, banners for marketing and more!
He/she will be the boss and the Guru of the creative enabling the team to deliver the best output as per the business objective (awareness, purchase, action, perception etc.).
He/she will create and own the whole process to execute the projects in 3 aspects: Enhanced creatives and aesthetics along with business logic of the brand, adherence to timelines and cose coordination with relevant stakeholders (brand, cross functional departments, vendors and the co-founders)
The Creative Director will be having a client facing role. It will also include meeting the clients, understanding the expectations and execute the project with a delightful output!
What do we expect from the candidate?
- Deep understanding of design and all the technical aspects of it:
1. Graphic Design
2. Art Work
3. Photography and Videography
4. Video Creation
5. Visual Merchandising
6. Content Design
- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
- Social media experience, Digital Films, Print and Outdoor, TVC's and Web/ Mobile App Design experience
- Develop deep and engaging relationships with clients/brands
- Establish efficient and fast system and processes in both production and post-production
- Team Building and Management
- Should have the ability to effectively and efficiently manage a team
- Strong experience in building a high performance team based on skills and attitude
- Provide thorough training to the team members; mentor and guide them on regular basis and conduct regular meetings for seamless execution
- Create strong back-ups within the department
- Creativity
- Responsible to conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Must have portfolios & proven work record.
- Supervise Operations of Multiple Projects
- Accountable to collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients- requirements
- Direct and motivate teams of photographers, graphic designers and content writers to help them use their talents effectively
- Accountable to meet client's advertising expectations
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
