Job Description : PPC Expert/Analyst Performance Marketing
About Losung 360 :
- We are an Ecommerce Brand Enabler currently serving 45-plus brands. Our business is divided into 2 main verticals: Demand Fulfilment and Demand Generation under which we have 4 service lines.
- As we have scaled to 1 lakh orders per day during our peak, we have realized to restructure our approach to doing business from providing scalable service lines, to customers to creating Products for our targeted customers, achieving the required Product-market fit, scale, evolving and reiterate. Currently, we have conceptualised 4 Products for our Fulfilment Business. Our Product(s) will be focused on mid-mile (Fulfilment Centre Ops) and last-mile (aggregation and integration) fulfilment ops only. We operate in 8 Fulfilment Centres in Gurgaon, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai spanning 5.5 lakh sq. ft.
Relevance of the Role :
- This role is focused on Performance Marketing(sales) through various mediums (Cost per click-CPC, Cost per mile-CPM and Cost per day-CPD) to ensure the maximum sell-out of the clients.
1. Campaign Management :
- Campaign Strategy :
- Achieving the client's strategic brand and business objectives by working with clients to provide them with guidance and working with the internal team to achieve the execution of strategies.
- Campaign Planning and Execution :
- Based on the strategy, devise a comprehensive campaign Plan about day-to-day marketing activities, campaign optimizations, budgeting, etc.
- Planned, optimize, implement and manage paid search campaigns for a variety of clients.
- Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels.
2. Reporting :
- Campaign Analysis :
- Perform competitive analysis, research new opportunities, and use data to provide strategic recommendations that support client grow

- Effectively reading and interpreting information, numerical and statistical data
- Drawing logical inferences and providing reasonable recommendations
- Being able to anticipate and adapt to customer's needs in a proactive and strategic manner.
- Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to provide actionable insight into the success factors and areas for performance improvement & generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
- Perform competitive analysis, research new opportunities, and use data to provide strategic recommendations that support client growth.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills :

3. Knowledge and Experience :
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Amazon Marketing Services and/or Flipkart Search Advertising
- Knowledge of Making Marketing Plans for Search Campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and Google
- Should have worked on Campaign Management related to optimization of CPA, ROI, etc. and know about CPC and CPM campaigns on different platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of retail-specific tools like Amazon Marketing Services, Flipkart Services
- Good to-know analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics,
- Web Master, Search Engine Optimization etc.
4. Communication Skills :
- Excellent communication in English (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills.
- Collaborate with the content, creative and other related teams to streamline tasks, communicate effectively and produce high-quality creative graphics, GIFs, and videos that are on-brand and follow brand style guidelines
