As a Brand Partnership Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving new business and expanding our brand's reach through strategic partnership opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pitch, and acquire new brand partners-aligning with key industry players, influencers, and organizations. You'll help shape and execute campaigns that deliver tangible results, helping to grow our presence in the gaming market.

Responsibilities:

- Lead efforts to identify and target potential brand partners for new collaborations and partnerships.

- Develop and pitch tailored partnership proposals that align with the interests of potential brands, including co-marketing and co-branded campaigns.

- Manage the full sales cycle for new partnerships, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure.

- Build and maintain relationships with brand representatives and other key stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand vision, goals, and timelines.

- Track and report the progress of brand acquisition efforts, measuring the success of each partnership.

- Analyze industry trends and competitors to identify new partnership opportunities that can drive growth.

Requirements:

- 0-3 years of experience in sales, brand partnerships, business development, or a related field.

- A passion for gaming and knowledge of the gaming industry.

- Demonstrated ability to build and pitch partnership proposals to potential brands.

- Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.

- Highly motivated with a proven ability to meet targets and drive results.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (but not required):

- Experience in sales or business development within the gaming or entertainment industry.

- Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media platforms, and brand strategy.

- Proficiency with CRM tools or sales tracking platforms.
