Would you like to be a part of the adventure?

We have an opportunity in the Consumer Product Division for a 6 months internship in the Consumer Marketing function for the brand Maybelline New York from Oct 18 to Mar 19. In this internship, you will drive operational excellence for the brand with Gift With Purchase (GWP) and Purchase With Purchase (PWP) promotions which is a key input into the sales and Ecommerce system and to drive the Baby Lips operational business. The location of the job will be in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will have to lead, own and execute promotions strategy (PWP-GWP calendar) for MNY across Selective and Ecommerce

- You will have to manage the Baby Lips sales forecast and pricing / promotions strategy

- You will have to ideate and implement local range animations in Baby Lips

- You will have to lead, own and execute on ground activations for Baby Lips across channels i.e. Mass, Selective, Selective Unmanned and Ecommerce - partner with the sales team to develop the right inputs for the right stores, partner with Ecommerce manager & team to ensure inputs sufficiency

- You will have to periodically lead campaigns on the brand around festive

- You will have to support the team with key presentations and operational tasks (listing etc)

Key Deliverables:

- Maintain and deliver KPI's for PWP and GWP. Innovate to make the PWP and GWP more attractive for consumers while keeping in mind the costs

- To achieve the net conso and brand equity targets on MNY Baby Lips

- To develop Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) to drive +10% growth on Baby Lips

External Interactions - Tax Authorities, Courts, Tax Consultants, Lawyers, Auditors, etc.
