About the Role:
Loopify is an ecommerce platform catering to various requirements of corporate gifting, wedding favours, birthday returns, etc. There is a tremendous traction on corporates wanting to gift sustainable and eco-friendly products to their employees clients/customers and suppliers. We are looking for an ideal candidate who will be responsible for growing the corporate gifting vertical.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Identify new sources of lead generation and develop a strategy and execution plan for the same.
2. Follow up and convert leads that we get from various sources.
3. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
4. Find and collaborate with various corporates for marketing initiatives.
5. Implement client engagement programs with a view to ensure top of mind recall for clients in his/her portfolio.
6. Meeting and exceeding monthly activity and revenue targets.
7. Build rapport and strong relationships with the customers.
8. Have fun working at a company that is out on a mission to make our planet greener, cleaner and a happier place.
KEY SKILLS
1. The candidate should be proactive, self-starter, highly motivated and goal oriented.
2. Ability to communicate in English effectively and express ones viewpoint clearly.
3. Good networking skills - ability to start relationships and build rapport.
4. Good analytical skills at an elementary level.
5. Strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
6. Ability to understand & sell a variety of products.
7. Good follow up skills. Should be good in time management.
8. Is persuasive with a go-getter attitude.
9. Is able to remain calm and composed in adverse situations and answer customer objections convincingly and professionally.
10. Likes interacting and dealing with people/customers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
2. Should have experience of 2+ years in marketing and sales
3. Should be very fluent in English language
4. Flair for Direct sales
