Loop - Growth Manager (0-2 yrs)
Loop is a Subscription Management Product (SaaS) which enables ecommerce platforms to build, sell and manage subscriptions for their store products.
Target Audience Though most of the ecommerce would be target audience but our focus would be Merchants incentivising subscription to end-customer to drive repeat purchases:
- Food - Salad Bars, Healthy Restaurants, Meat Shops
- Beverages - Coffee, Healthy Drinks(Juices), Energy drinks, A2 milk
- Beauty and grooming products (shampoo, shops, beauty kits)
- FMCG - Healthy snacks, Ready to eat / cook, bakeries, hygiene products and supplies, pet food, kitchen stuff
- Health - Medicine, check-ups
- Home services like laundry, beauty at home, meditation, gym memberships..
- Subscription box-economy - this is where an individual curates products to be shipped on timely basis to end customers Beauty Subscription Box Daily Lunch Subscription Box
Role - We have recently launched our app and we are seeing strong traction of the product. We have been able to get 1000+ merchant installs in less than 6 weeks of the launch.
This is our first non-tech hire in the company. You would be responsible for multiple areas across business development, customer success, marketing, product management to scale the business.
Requirements :
- 0 - 1 year of experience
- Logical thought process, diligent and hardworking
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Working knowledge of Excel and understanding of how software works. (brownie points if they know little bit of HTML & CSS)
- We would prefer people from Delhi/NCR.
Team background : We are a very small team of 4 people right now. Team consists of 2X founders who have founded SaaS businesses in the past and scaled it to $5M ARR. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to operate independently and fast-track their career by learning and unlearning things at a fast pace.
