Loop - Executive - Customer Support/Success (1-2 yrs)

Loop's all in one subscription management suite helps merchants to sell, manage and retain subscriptions and thus helping them to achieve the highest possible customer lifetime value.
- We are looking for a Customer success executive to work closely with the Loop product and customer success team to help merchants use Loop better by resolving their queries, create technical documentation for new product features and updates and overall solve for the merchant NPS.
About the role :
KRAs :
- Work on resolving technical and customer queries within the desired response times
- Work on improving and writing technical documentation for the product
- Help with merchant onboarding & product adoption
Ideal profile :
- Skilled in CSS/HTML, basic SQL knowledge and Markdown
- Generally a good human being - no ego/diligent/curious & experimentative - is very important for us.
- Should be available during the day in US time zone (Pacific and Eastern time)
- This would be a good role for anyone who wants to learn about scaling a product from scratch, understand deeply about the customer behavior and help the product team to build the best user experience.
