AGM Brand Solutions(Digital), Mumbai(Worli)

- The brand solutions vertical is intended to be a key ad-revenue driver and idea-hub for CLICK START with an intersection of content, marketing and technology. This is a National role and is responsible to deliver ad-revenue through revenue planning, pitch creation, solutioning, delivery and key client relationship management.

- The role-holder will be assigned the responsibility of working with brands and internal teams to build solutions leveraging multiple assets of Clickstart.

- 6-8 years of hands on experience in brand solutioning, digital and content marketing with a very strong knowledge of digital advertising and content ecosystem is a must.

1. CREATIVE IDEATION & PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT

a. Work closely with the CLICK START sales team to develop custom pitches and sponsorship proposition for high-impact content, key calendar events, festivals and IP's across the Marathi language, online news and entertainment properties of CLICK START.

b. Develop best in class customized proposal presentations basis brand brief, sponsorship proposals, innovative and feasible solutions for clients which include leading digital media agencies, corporate brands and government institutions.

c. This involves interacting with brand managers, digital agencies and internally working with the product, technology, content and marketing team to develop customized solutions.

d. Interpret brief from clients to understand the brand positioning, key Marketing Challenge, Brand/Initiative Objective and resources available (duration of activity, budgets available, other supports available etc.)

2. EXECUTION & DELIVERY : 

a. Develop execution plan post deal closure.

b. Ensuring end-2-end execution of the campaign in the most seamless manner possible while maintaining profitability metrics.

c. Coordinating closely with Edit, Sales, AdOps and other teams to ensure successful execution exceeding client expectations.

3. STRATEGIC TASKS : 

a. Regular Market research and intelligence on which clients to pitch for which events based on CLICKSTART properties

b. Staying up-to-date with all market developments via daily research to identify news break-out, events are happening and which brands are being associated with them, their players and otherwise.

4. CLIENT ENGAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

a. Manage high-profile client relationships with companies, agencies & other revenue generating partners.

b. Ability to plan, schedule & effectively deliver as per commitments to each client. Ability to scale brand/agency partnerships year on year.

c. Comfort in using data and analytics while building on client conversations

d. Get clients to renew and expand their engagements with us.
