Job Description : 

- Lead generation through Tele-Calling

- Follow-up potential customers on regular basis

- Finalization of the Deal where required

- Sending Quotation and Proposal to New Customers

- Online Business promotional activities

- Online demonstration of the ERP Software

- Providing Online service, support and training

- Presentation of DEMO (Online and On Site)

- Due Payment Follow-up and Payment Reminders

- Having strong bargaining capabilities

- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

- Report on periodic activities, results and ROI for marketing

- Franchisee Development all over the country

- Extensive Visiting Plan for Franchisee Development

- You have to travel anywhere in India with a very short period of notice

- Regular Mailing and Messaging

- Implementation planning for new installations

- Maintaining Customer Relationship Management

- Identifying New Business Opportunities

- Other responsibilities as may be decided by the Management from time to time

Requirements :

- Min. 2-3 years of experience selling ERP Software

- Should have very strong bargaining power

- Through knowledge of Manufacturing Process, Accounting, HR, Payroll etc.

- Graduations in any Discipline

- BCA/MCA Degree/Diploma from any recognized College/University

- Marketing Degree/Diploma (MBA Preferred)

- Should have his own vehicle (Bike/Car)

- Should have his own Laptop

- Should possess a valid driving license

- Fluency in speaking English, Hindi

Other Rules and Regulations : 

- Training period for 3 to 6 Months

- Job Confirmation after 1 Year

- Minimum Service Agreement for a period of 3 to 5 Years

- During the training stipend will be (Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 20,000/-) Per Month

- After the confirmation of the job and fulfilling service agreement Salary will be Rs. 30,000/- Per Month

- Other perks and facilities according to the Company's norms
