- Primary objective for this position-
- 10X- our revenue in the next 3-4 quarters
- This is how your day-to-day at Pragma might look like-
- Closing Marketing Qualified Leads
- High volume outreach through effective written communication through multiple channels (Drip campaigns, Social touchpoints etc.)
- Identify influencers & key decision makers within accounts and engage effectively with them
- You set em up, and you get to knock them down yourself!
- Generate outbound leads - Qualify them on a preset criteria - Set up product demos - Take them to the finish line (cha-ching!)
- You will be - owning- the outbound lead generation to target the -cream layer of the D2C economy- includes research, outreach strategy, communication (engagement) & closure
- Support/drive data generation activities wherever required
- Preparing sales reports, contracts, business proposals, pitches commercial negotiations, closures, monthly/weekly reports etc.

- It helps if we find this in your past record-
- 3+ years of experience in Outbound Sales, Lead generation, Account management (preferably in a SaaS environment)
- Proven track record of revenue generation & consistent revenue growth rate
- Highly driven, Multitasking, Friendly
