Primary objective for this position 10X our revenue in the next 3-4 quarters

This is how your day-to-day at Pragma might look like

- Closing Marketing Qualified Leads

- High volume outreach through effective written communication through multiple channels (Drip campaigns, Social touchpoints etc)

- Identify influencers & key decision makers within accounts and engage effectively with them

You set em up, and you get to knock them down yourself!

- Generate outbound leads - Qualify them on a preset criteria - Set up product demos - Take them to the finish line (cha-ching!)

- You will be owning the outbound lead generation to target the cream layer of the D2C economy - includes research, outreach strategy, communication (engagement) & closure

- Support/drive data generation activities wherever required

- Preparing sales reports, contracts, business proposals, pitches commercial negotiations, closures, monthly/weekly reports etc

- Creativity (in getting meetings/demos)

- Leadership

It helps if we find this in your past record

- 2+ years of experience in Outbound Sales, Lead generation, Account management (preferably in a SaaS environment)

- Proven track record of revenue generation & consistent revenue growth rate

- Highly driven, Multitasking, Friendly
